Since we're on the topic of '97 verts, could one of you guys tell me if your fog lights come on with just the parking lights on? Mine only come on when the headlights (low beam) are turned on, and go back off when the brights are switched on. The manual says they should come on when the "tail lights" are turned on, but you know manuals....

You are absolutely correct that the convertible has a different mold than the hard top. Unfortunately we do not have the convertible model option. So sorry we couldnt be the ones to help you find your model vehicle.

After much deliberation I've decided to go with the 3mz vvti v6 swap.
in the process of mapping out my shopping list and storing alot of info... its going to be started in the spring
with finding an engine and going over every aspect of it getting the bad boy ready

I have the same issue with my '99. I think the wet trunk might be connected to water in the "hammock" that the roof folds into. The leak in mine is probably around my rear window. some verts have a drain line at the bottom of the hammock, but not mine. let me know what happens with yours.
the verts have a draining system that with time it becomes clogged, need to be cleaned..
