DIY: Suede HeadLiner - 6G Celicas Forums

That's nice! Exactly what I needed for my futur plans!
You guys think that faux leather would go as easy as suede over a 6gen headliner, without any stitching and sewing? Because there are some uneven surfaces and I'm not sure about flexibility of it...

I'm thinking about it, but i'm not sure and I don't want to waste money on a maybe kindasad.gif

Yeah Im thinking of doing my headliner with black or grey vinyl. If it doesnt stretch well enough I suppose I will have to sew it in panels.
But it definately makes you wonder why they put such cheap cloth on the headliner.
I've just trimmed someone's headlining in faux suede and, as long as you take your time and lash everything with hi-temp adhesive, there's no reason it shouldn't be done in one piece of material.
