Hi,

I bought a 1995 converitble and it has a button on the door panel to lock and unlock both doors, but I did not get a remote when I bought the car. Did these cars all come with remote unlock?

Where can I check to see if the remote box is still in the car?

No, they didn't all have it. To check and see if you have it, there will be a black alarm ECU underneath the driver seat, as well as a flashing red light with "Security" straight down from the ignition, straight in front of your right knee.
