Can anyone confirm if a wheel hub from a 5th gen would work on a 6th? no ABS.

There was a post a few years back saying some guy used one from a 5g and it worked.

Reason is I have 5 knuckles for 5th gens and I have a bad hub on my 6th gen
I pulled off 3 hubs from and one hub has the race loosely spinable so I'm guessing that hub is toast?
