Have some questions already, but here's another.

On my 4AGE ECU there's a pin for: Taillight relay, defogger relay, electric cooling fan relay, cooling fan relay, blower relay, etc etc. On my 7AFE there's only one pin for combined taillight and defogger relay. Should i combine the taillight and defogger from the 4AGE to the 7AFE harness? What do to with the others...nothing?

Just leave them unhooked.
There is going to be a lot of wires that don't go anywhere or isn't supported on the 7A to 4A conversion.

I didn't even hook mine up. I left the cooling fan running all the time.
Lets just say there were A LOT of wires that weren't hooked up.
