You can't open a dispute just cause it didn't ship on the FIRST day they said they would...

You really need to chill out. Non stop all you've done is complain and moan, rushing and begging for the shifter. If you need one so bad just go to junkyard and pull one. I got mine for 5 bucks w/ the cables, c-clips, and gasket.

If he didn't ship it today, no biggy; 1 day late, OH TEH NOES! He has like a week after payment has been received to ship before paypal will even consider your dispute cause for a lack of better words **** happens.

Are you serious dude? Here is the tracking number showing I shipped it just as I said I did. And here, ill post it online for everyone to see. Actually he did open a dispute on PayPal, just got an email. Says "he didnt receive the item"... I just shipped it today 6/3/13, of course he didnt receive it yet. He paid on 6/2/13.

They took away the money he sent me. So now because he opened the dispute and took away the money and I shipped the item, now I don't get paid unless he reverses the dispute and he still gets the item.

That's crazy, it used to automatically deny if you didn't wait. I remember when I got phished outta some stuff on ebay, I had to wait 1 week, after I next day shipped it to open a claim. Cause you know the guy is gonna hold on to that account and address for a whole week

Eitherway, I hope you get your money back. Dude was acting like a child over it.

Hey actually you still got the tracking number and receipt right? If you don't get your money back, you should be able to cancel the delivery due to non-payment for the item you were shipping.

Well, I got my tracking number for the parts I bought from you a lot quicker than I thought.

...and just so everyone knows. I told CaliJeff I was going to get the money to pay him for the parts on the 2nd or so, but I got busy and didn't send the money till 2 days later. He held the product for me until I got the money his way, when I'm pretty sure people were in line for the same product.

So I appreciate what he did. He's a good seller, you can trust him.
