Slap on a sticker that says TURBO!
Grab a set of spats and paint and put them on yourself, grab a set of JDM tails and a 10mm socket and a screw driver set and put them on. Get a set of projectors and take off your front bumper and put them on, get a set of raiser blocks and install them yourself... there's a couple things you can do as far as exterior is concerned.

Some easy interior stuff you can do as well is change shift boot, shift knob, guages etc...
Yeah gauges are really cheap and simple to do, you could also swap the steering wheel.
