Theres a 1995 6g gt up for auction and i want to use the motor out of it in my st but, i need to know if the 7a-fe manual trans can bolt up to the 5s? Also how would the swap go because the 5s auto uses a tcu with the ecu which means i would have to depin and move around some things for the swap right? Nope. The A series engines use C series transmissions. The S series engines use S series or E series transmissions. If you want a 5 speed GT just buy one and then sell your ST.
