The 3sgte engine. Which gens were imported in the US? What year was the last year it was imported? Which car was it last imported in with?

stopped importing in gen 2. sw20 mr2 and st185 celica were the last ones. do some research in the stickies. you will will find good info!

So the last 3sgte engine that was imported into the states would be the 3rd Gen 3sgte in the 1999 mr2 turbo. Correct?

1995 was the last year for the mr2 turbo in the US with a 3rd gen 3sgte.

EDIT: Correction, 2nd gen 3sgte*** my fault.

The usa never got the 3rd gen 3s.
The 2nd gen was the last 3s to be released in the usa, in the 93 alltrac, and the last year of the mr2 here (95 iirc)
