Annoying sound in engine - 6G Celicas Forums

Hey guys I have this really loud rattling in my engine bay whenever I start it, after the engine gets warm it dies down, but still makes me feel a little unsure. Anybody else had the same problem and fixed it?

Can you tell the general are the sound is coming from?

Take the belt off and start wiggling all component pulleys attached.... sounds like a bearing

take off the belts and run the engine and see if it makes noise. that will rule out any accessories
