it got slow over the time but everything is in good conditions any tips??
Slipping clutch, or auto, maybe? Eh, have you done a tuneup lately? Perhaps lost compression, so I'd check that.

yea its a 5 spd and yes i did one about a 2 months ago and how do u check the compression?? Im still no that good in cars
Locals Auto Zone or Advance should have a compression gauge. You screw them into the head just like you would a spark plug, and turn the motor over a few times. Then that gives the compression in psi, gives a good idea of the engine's health. If the compression is low could be a blown ring or bad valves.

oh okay thanks for the help and do u know about how much psi it should be in?
I want to say the minimum is 140 psi, but 180-200 would be ideal.
