i went to start my car this morning to let it warm up. after siting for a few day and it wouldn't even try to start no click no cranking over. the whole electrical seems to be dead. nothing worked no locks no dome light nothing.

i don't lnow about you guys but i hate the cold and its like -10 hear with the wind
happened to mine like a week ago... had to miss class and work...
battery most likely. Batteries hate the cold.
My piece of **** civic does the same thing. And when it does turn over, i hate driving it. I can't wait for summer so i can drive my baby again
It was so cold last nite and today its like -32
I thought I had it bad at -10. I can't imagine it any colder. My frank and beans are practically in my stomach at -10. I can't imaging where they would be at -22+ lol

last week was -42 celcius with windchill here!!!
My car started fine after leaving her outside all night!!

But i agree with the other guys, most likely the battery....
If the problem keeps occouring I reccomend a block heater! >smile.gif>
its like 70 here and she starts fine >biggrin.gif>
It's always arround the 70's or 80's here.

Nothing like California weather.

Batteries only last for 5-8 years. when the start going you will notice it in the cold because lower temperatures slow the reaction in the batteries that produce the electrons.

My car had the original battery until 8 years. The toyota guy said it was past due and I was lucky.
well sunday it was 70 here too then monday it was 28 with snow!!!!
I HATE OKLAHOMA WEATHER!!!!!
