You need to sign up to an online photo storage site such as PhotoBucket, Flickr, imageShack etc (use a free one) where you upload all of the relevant images. Then the site will give you a URL tag to embed in your posts. If this line of code already includes the [i mg] [/im g] (no spaces) tags then you just copy paste it into the reply box. If it is just a HTTP link then press the little button with a little yellow sun over a green hill above the message reply box and copy the link into the pop-up window.
If I don't make any sense have a quick search through the sticky threads, I'm sure there is a picture guide for this on here somewhere
