Okay... I am going to get both within the next couple months but I need to decide which to do 1st the rims or the seats.

I am thinkin about gettin the rims 1st just because there 8" wide and I am not sure if they are gonna stick out a littl... cuz if they do then I am gonna have to widen the wheel wells and if I do then I will need to do that while its still in the body shop.

does it really matter what you get first? cause is your car going to be rolling before the time comes when you have both? i'd just get the one that you have the funds to completely cover w/ the refund...as for me, i got my new computer desk w/ it.

I just asked the girlfriend as she said rims. I was gonna say the same thing. Since you have the 3S then you are gonna need some rubber to put that power to the ground when I race you this summer and show you who has the best celica. >> Hey, do you ever go up to waterloo? I would go with the seats personally...but then again I already had mediocre rims on my car when I got it. Those are probably the exact color seats i'm going with too.., besides, you're goin to want to be comfortable and you see the inside more than the outside >>

go for the rims, the celicas stock seats arent too bad... and with the conversion you are going to need as much ground contact as possable.

EDIT: oh, and im using my refunds to pay for paint/install on my bodykit.

I'd say go for the rims, especially those ones because they're awesome! >> K2 is definitely right about the stock seats not being too bad too. I've had people ask if my seats are aftermarket recaros before. >>

Get the rims. Our stock seats really do look aftermarket. Have you ever tried to sleep in them before work? It doesn't work at all!

I love my stock leather seats. I would highly recomend on finding some if you ain't got them.

i sleep in my seats all the time...mmmmmmmmm...i know a guy w/ a new Scooby WRX...he likes my seats mmore than his. w00t.

the rims....one reason, for the conversion...the second..why make the inside tighter than the outside...everyone's gonna see your rims...ya won't drive by someone and they say "damn...those are some bad ass seats in that car" >>
