You need a dyno thread. Should give you an idea.

How bout some picks of your car or an entertaining story about it? This is the projects forum where you show and tell.
ahh is that you on facebook, where did you get the number 400 from? the standard fuel system and engine internals max out around 350hp at the engine.

everything you have there is well matched for itself, just get a standalone ecu and tune it to the max. asking for anymore than that requires replacing everything you have there.

by tuning your standard turbo to 20psi on high octane pump fuel you will reach 100% injector duty, giving you the full power your fuel system will ever allow. this will also be very close to the mechanical limits of a stock unopened motor.

by changing your turbo you will reach those limits at a lower boost level at a sacrifice of accelerator response and low rpm pull proportional to the size increase of the turbo

in order to make use of the extra power a bigger turbo can provide, the engine internals will need to be forged, the intercooling system needs to be upgraded, the head needs work to take the extra flow and the fuel system needs to be completely overhauled.

The number 400 I got from a guy who live in the state with a 6gc a 3 gen 3sgte. 400+...but I'm talking about turbo upgrade also.
I'm talking about high upgrades parts and turbo upgrades..what would be best to make it 400+ (FWD)...I'm planning to go one mod to get 400+ and that's it. For stander stock 17 psi would be best for the stock 3sgte 3 gen (300+)...but it's not enough for me. I'm looking for ideas from other and what other run.

You can't just do 1 mod to get 400+. You could upgrade the turbo to a 70 trim, but then you'll blow your engine components to pieces.

In order to get 400whp, you'd need to upgrade the turbo, the fuel system, get a boost controller, some sort of fuel management system.

Have you ever built an engine before? If not, I suggest you read up and learn about it.
