very true. even though the possability of an accident or car failure is just as possable on track as on road. the track goes to great lengths to keep it from happening, and are ready if something does. thats why they tech inspect everything. then if something were to still go wrong, there are people on spot to lend assistance as soon as it happens, and can react. on the street, theres nothing. not to mention its illegal... and websites that condone alot of illegal activity tend to loose their ability to be published on the web...

granted a forum would be too much but couldnt you make a sticky for it in one of the other forums? just a suggestion please dont hate me

everyone should just be glad we dont close street racing topics and ban people for overposting about illegal driving behavior like that do at MR2faq.com and other messageboards.

no no im not saying that at all. i know people do it all the time and just not letting them talk about it online isnt going to make them stop doing it. Im just saying we arent going to condone the activity, we arent denying it, we arent trying to stop it from happening, but we arent going to support it by pinning topics or making a whole new forum just for it.

For you young people that street race, you should have watched this past weeks America's Most Wanted.They profiled a guy who was street racing and the other person he was racing lost control and killed somebody.They are now after him because he contributed to this innocent bystanders death.They are also after him for drugs but that was after they searched his home after the accident.

Street Racing is dangerous to you and everyone else out on the roads, so be smart.

also goes to show if you do decide to street race, its always a good idea to know the person you are against, b/c you never know what theyve been up to... and like gas' example, you can get burned for their stupidity.
