The buying/selling section here on the forum is a great place to start. I'm sure you can still order them new from Toyota buy they'll be very expensive, typical Toyota part prices.

If you are interested in projectors, then ebay, but the price goes up.. New are expensive..

You wont be able to order just the housing. Better you buy a set of used and open it your self.
