Looking to REBUILD '97 ENGINE!!! - 6G Celicas Forums

My car has been leaking oil for a very long time, and now it's burning so much oil that smoke comes out of the exhaust like crazy and I am using 5qts of oil a week!!

I want to rebuild the engine and I was wondering if anyone knows of a good website to help with the step by step directions on how to rebuild it.
Or if anyone themselves can tell me how, that would also be great.

yes, a member rebuilt his engine, and had lots of pics. nighthawk or something... plus get the toyota repair manual.

what engine? I detailed a full rebuild on a 7A-FE

Beyond perfect with lots of pictures, followed pretty much everything, and don't go cheap on gaskets, water pump and oil pump, try to stick with oem Toyota parts
