Not exactly sure how i would even start to search for this (here or on google)
What Im searching for is a site that allows someone to look up year of an item by part number
Ive already tried calling the Dealership where i live to find out BUT after about 45 minutes of back and forth between the
shop and the parts area i finally just said F*** it and hung up the phone.
Any ideas??

Go to a Toyota dealership website such as Lithia Toyota and type it into their parts search.

Just search your part number there and it will pull up all the years and idles that use that particular part. The downside is that it's USDM only. If I'm not mistaken, ToyoDIY will let you reverse search as well.

usdm is fine as im just trying to find out what year my ST185 ECU is
