Any power difference in these two ecu? Im guessing the federal one has a bit more hp and torque?

My Celica is federal spec and I have never noticed a difference between the fed spec ECU and Cali spec ECU in terms of power/torque.
If you ever decide you want to find exact numbers and dyno your car with both ECUs and record your findings, then you are more than welcome to borrow mine and find out smile.gif.
My gf has a federal and I have a Cali. I always win.

....hers is automatic though lol.
