Just the man I was hoping to reply. Now is there a limit to how much you can port? Or any porting won't affect smog at all? The sniffer seems like it'll be able to sniff it.

how will a sniffer in the exhaust smell anything in the intake?
porting only improves flow and increases the volume a tad, and i stress tad. the O2 sensors will adjust fuel trims. you will be fine.

I meant wouldn't the sniffer be able to sniff the exhaust fumes being too rich or too lean? Isn't that how the camshafts gets sniffed out?
