Just wanted to be clear before i order, i keep reading somethung about modifying the front speakers tofit? I.have the plain old 4 speaker system, i need front speakers,,,what size do i buy without modding anything?

The fronts are 8" speakers; generally to keep from modding, put 6.5" or 6.75" speakers in with 6.5/6.75" to 8" adapters.

I bought my Kenwood deck and 6.5" speakers and had Best Buy install it with no problems. If it requires adapters, then they took care of it for me.

you can make the adpaters off the old speakers with a dremel
