If I just replaced the injectors with that add more fuel? Or need fuel pump too?

If u have a 3sgte swap then the fuel pump should of been swapped out already also. But if u plan to install to a car that was 3sgte from factory then no you dont need fuel pump.

These injectors are made for the 3sgte. I believe 5sfe is top feed and yes you will need different fuel pump to run big injectors in 5sfe
