Does anyone know what code 78 on a st215? It started runing bad an shows max rich on A2F gauge need help! An on the boost gauge on vac it's suppose to be on 21 an it's sitting on 10!

It the stock pump with 223000 miles on ot ha an it says it's a fuel circuit malfunction what ever that means!
