Dam that really sucks. If i was you i would forget about the parts and just him to refund your money back maybe it will be the best option for you and him
I have been sitting back and watching this thread, hoping Dan would make his issues right. Often times, life gets in the way of selling and shipping, and other times a thread like this calling someone out is enough to get them moving and get them to solve their issues. I have watched Dan's replies and given him the benefit of the doubt long enough. He has had more than enough time to get his affairs in order and has chosen not to do so. All of his FS thread have been locked and as of right now, he is not banned. He has one last chance to reply to this thread and PM anybody that he has issues with, although at this point I fear nobody will see their parts or a refund. He will be banned when all parties here decide they are finished dealing with him.
Please continue to post all PM's here so myself and the other mods can be informed of his promises to refund and/or send parts.

No, but there are people at 6GC.net who still haven't gotten their parts or any updates like you've given here, they've pretty much just given up and written you off.

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH MY BUD AT PAYPAL. HE SAID MAKE SURE YOU PUT IN A DISPUTE IF ITS IN BETWEEN THE 180 DAYS IF ITS PAST THAT CALL AND GIVE THEM HIS EMAIL ADDRESS or TRANSACTION ID. IF PPL DO THIS THE FRAUD DEPARTMENT WILL LOOK INTO IT AND IT WILL SHOW HE IS/HAS SCREWED PPL OUT OF PARTS.PPL SHOULD START SEEING REFUNDS.
