Although the MR2 is an all around better driving machine, with the engine roaring just right behind your ears, seating position so low like my ass is being dragged on the ground, responsive and nimble like a go-kart..... but god I miss that sexy 6GC look. That design is timeless. The curve, those 4 headlights specially with that projector low beams. Even that interior is sexier, with all controls being faced towards the driver, and storage room! Man...

I wouldn't mind having another one myself, but with an 1MZ in it.

I've been following craigslist for a while, and them celica they have on there are soooooo beat up

Find one with a nice body and interior but bad engine, then swap it.

At some point I will get another 6GC. I too miss the interior styling... don't miss the lack of performance though.

same here.. i miss my gt-four, especially during the winter months.
it was a beast in the snow. i'll likely import another one.. maybe a white 99.
