Fixed!! the brake caliper had the wrong bolt on it and it backed out and was allowing the brake caliper to move. I replaced the bolt with the correct bolt and now everything is in sound shape smile.gif.

Excellent work rapid36! Diagnosed and fixed in less than 24 hours, and withuot any help. I didn't even have time to suggest you examine your LF wheel.

Seriously, it's nice to see people find there own problem so quickly, but sad not to see anyone contributing advice.
ya, noise problems are always hard to diagnose if you're not right there to see it. about the only thing you can do is get up under there look, and start wiggling things.

Hey thanks guys! and yes they are impossible to diagnosis if your not there. however you guys are also not aware of me putting in the wrong bolts so there would be no way in heck anyone could of helped me unless they actually looked at the stuff themselves and said hey dummy you have the wrong sized bolt in there lol. I'm really sorry about posting dumb problems but i at least wanted to post what my problem was (hence the wrong bolt) and hopefully other users with the same issues could check to make sure that they are using the correct bolts as well. This car is being a real pain (no duh it sat for 4 years lol) but i will be doing a lot of repairs and upgrades soon and i would love to post tutorials on here with pictures. can anyone tell me a good site to post my pictures on?
I like to take a big rubber mallet and SMACK the wheel or tire to see if I can hear the noise with the car stationary, then get under the car and whack away with my hands on different parts till I find what's not right.

ive always used my photobucket account that I've had for years, there probably are other sites to use.
