would these work in all gauge clusters, i know they would fit but would they read properly or would i have to get my stepper mtors redone?

All you do is remove the old ones n put on new ones. Careful with the gas n water gauge. When i put all black ones on from an st202 i didnt set needles correctly n now my gas n water read higher than what they are.
What chassis do you have and what engine?
