I drive 60 miles a day on the highway, I know what rattles can do to your sanity. The best thing to do for the dash rattle is to just take the thing apart and see whats loose. As for the doors and panels, pick up some sound deadening material and stuff them things like a thanksgiving turkey. the rattle from the back panel may be the fuel door release cable too, our cars are known for it rattling around.
