ok my 3s swap is taking a bit longer than i thought (bills, been paying off tickets, had to insure car, keep breaking $700 phones, the usual)
so yea gonna have to stick with my 7a til january/feb.. the clutch is practically nonexistant. (slips every 60 seconds) was taking the bus recently but too cold for that.
i remember reading the 7th gen clutch discs will work with a 7afe, just want someone to confirm this. found a new one for only $50 shipped.
so a 7th gen celica clutch will work in my 7afe right?
(also nobody tell me how stupid i am for not replacing pressure plate or throwoff bearing. obvi this is only supposed to last another month. after that, i dont care what happens to engine. ill even let some kid dump sand into it.)

QUOTE (Azncelica @ Mar 4, 2012 - 11:43 PM)I started with what I know to do, I swap engine into my car, I knew it was too much work to make it a AWD. I kept it FWD. Went to take a crack at doing the wiring conversion. Than, I realize, shoot, this is out of my league.
