Here's the deal:
The wheels are 18x7 (universal 5 lug) with a +40 offset. I got these wheels two years ago. They were never driven in the snow and they were nearly flawless. I took them into a local goodyear store to have the tires taken off since they were almost completely bald and they scratched the finish off of all 4 wheels around the edge. They are reimberssing me for this by sending them to a local wheelshop to have them completely refinished, clearcoated and take any imperfections (slight bends etc.) out of the wheels. So basically, the wheels are going to be like they were they day they came out of the factory when I get them back. I have four hub-centric rings that I specially ordered which makes the wheels fit perfectly on the hubs of the 6th gen celica with no movement.
