SOLD Complete running 5S-FE w/ 5spd MT, Wiring Harness, and ECU - 6G Celicas Forums

Hey 6GC,

Like the title says, i have a complete running 5S motor pulled from my 96 Celica ST204. Reason it was pulled; did the 3S BEAMS swap. Engine is in perfect running condition, no knocking or pinging of any kind, no pop outs or grinds from the transmission; everything is included with sale of engine. Local Pick up In SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA (Pasadena) Asking $750 for everything, engine has roughly 140K, yes all fluids have been drained. Shoot me an offer

I have separated the Engine from the trans, so i will sell together or individually. I WILL PART OUT, EXCEPT the engine (must purchase the motor as a whole unit). Id rather not part a good running engine.

5S-FE Engine ~140K
5spd MT w/clutch flywheel pressure plate
MT ECU
Stock Intake
Stock B pipe
Stock Exhaust Manifold
OEM USDM wiring harness - SOLD
AC
PS pump
Alternator
Starter
All sensors

Pretty sure thats everything, just ask if something isnt listed
Everything was working perfectly before it was pulled.

Also if interested i have a few aftermarket parts for the 5S as well:

Header (forgot the brand) $40
Chrome Short Ram Intake with filter $25
Adjustable Cam Gears (Brand new RED) $65

and if you come and buy the engine, you can have w/e misc hoses and extra parts i bought and have not used; if you like of course, i dont think i have a need for any 5S parts.

If it's a cali-spec car, and you decide to part out, I'm very interested in the wiring harness...

I bought them to go on the 3s, but ended up not using them cause i couldnt replace the vvti gear. The single 5s cam gear should be the same as the non vvti 3s cam gear no?
I'm looking in for the hose that goes from the filter box to the throttle body. Would you still have it?

Its just a rubber hose right? I have a bunch of hoses sitting around the garage, i can look for it.
I think he means the main air intake duct "hose".
Did you say if it was California emissions or Federal?

No, they're different. The 3s cam gears are smaller than the 5s one. Also, the 3s has two, whereas the 5s has one because of an internal master / slave setup.

Oh then I guess I bought 3rd gen 3sge/gte can gears. Sry for the mix up

How much for the wiring harness? Also, is it the Cali spec 5SFE or the non Cali spec?
