Its on the fuel pump in the tank. Hope your lines aren't rusted otherwise you'll need a new bracket cause they're a pain in the ass to take apart. That or you could drop the tank. Also, there's an access cover under the rear seat.
Generally the one intank is referred to as a strainer or sock, if I had to take a guess he means the one inside the engine bay. Which is near the bottom of the air filter box, just follow the line off the fuel rail and you come across a canister about the size of a soda can. It is a royal pain in the ass to replace, especially if it's never been replaced like most of them.
Like Box said, it can be a royal in the ass. You'd want some line wrenches to fit the fuel lines otherwise you might end up twisting your lines or stripping the nut. But here is the exact location of it in the engine bay with a 1.8L:
