What is this port for, im assuming its water but what does it feed?

And its not for the throttle body, thats what i have the hose to the left bypassing

That is the return drain connection coming from the oil catch can.
You can just put a cap over it if you aren't using the factory catch can.

This is for the 3sgte, I don't believe the 3sge came with one
I can confirm this. I have a 3sge with turbo internals, this is one of the differences. No return drain, different valve cover, and different fuel rail.
