How is it that theres a legal Gt-four in the states, that is able to be driven on the streets?!
Are those XXR 530's 19's ?!

It is legal. It was already legally imported and insured when he bought it. He's made sure that it's 100% legal for the US. It's quite a machine.

I don't know much about st205's in the states (Im in Canada) but I thought the only way was to Vin Swap (Illegal) or have it registered as a track car, not for street use.

That should be everything needed to put projectors in your Corolla. I'd suggest buying a new set of housings and doing those just so you have the old set as spare in case something goes wrong or you sell the car and need to swap back. Those projectors are capable of 55W but that shortens bulb life a lot...but also more than doubles the brightness!

I think I fixed my overboost issue. I suspected the second wastegate was seized up but I followed other leads first. Just grabbed the actuator arm and it was a little stiff at first. Wiggled it a few times and it moves much smoother now. Put a little compressed air to it and it seemed to work just fine. A couple of highway pulls should let me know.
