Does anyone know what this is? It make a terrible sound while driwing fast.

If you're talking about the canister in the exhaust that'd be a resonator.

Just cut it out and put a straight pipe or a new resonator.

The problem is over the exhaust pipe, that metall are realy loose

Ah, so the heat shield? Could be missing bolts or whatever is used to fasten it in place.

The kind it should have. Odds are they're just loose, if any are missing you'll have to remove one and get matches from the hardware store or the like. I never messed around with the exhaust on my Celica so can't say for certain. Just make sure to properly secure the car when lifting and working on it.

Just rip it off. Problem solved. Its most likely rusted around the bolts.
