To make a long story short, after going from a 3-post spoiler to 2-post spoiler(without swapping the hatch), I removed the rear emblem prior to preparing for the hatch get painted, I noticed that it is missing this grey rubber piece. One is still intact, I just need another one of these gray rubber piece. So, my question is this: What is it called and where can I find one?

This is Toyota part#: 9046705103 , it's called a clip but it's more of a stopper/plug. Really cheap at the dealership or you can pop one off at your local junkyard. It pretty much used on all Toyota/Lexus emblems.
