don't know any details, but i know alot of people want a new hood, and the C1 one is taking a bit, so i figrured id share.

just the hood? will it be made to direct fit with the stock bumper? or do we also have to get the gt4 bumper to get the hood?

just save up for the real deal. part of what makes the hood look so good, is the way it flows into the gt4 bumper. so, i dont think it would look good at all with the stock bumper. plus this "replica" is probably going to be made out of some cheap ass fiberglass.

He stole all of the how-to articles on the site and was selling them for money to innocent, unsuspecting people! I bought one to confirm what I suspected, and sure enough, all of "his" how-to articles and info were copied word-for-word from 6G Celicas. Not a word of his information was original. >>

I highly, highly suggest not even talking to that guy, much less doing business with him.

I'm still debating what to do about him...he lives in the same state as me and I could take him to court if I wanted to. I already contacted the federal government and eBay regarding his blatant copryight infringement.

Everything on the site has a copywrite written at the bottom of each page.

I have made some mistaks in the past wil ebay, like I said to Coomer, I was a real s**head for doing this. I didn't know that they had a copyright on them, I saw a bunch of other "how-to" articals on eBay so i fugured... Why not?? But, I do realize my mistake and sincerly appologise to any and all of you who wrote these 'how-to' articals. If there is any way I can make-up for my mistake I will. I seriously hope that we do not have to take legal action against this. I hope that all of you know that I wasn't trying to "rip" you off for any reason, I really feal bad about this and hope you can find it in your hearts to forgive me for my actions. I really didn't know that its was on a copyright, but even so it was wrong and it will never happen again. After I found out about what I was doing was Illegal, I immediatly ended all auctions and sent out refunds. I feel horrible!!!!I just wanted to address all of you about this matter because I am really not an asshole, if I was, I wouldn't be addressing an apology to you all. You are all great people, and I know that we can be on good terms. Regarding the headlights, that's about the price I get them for, including eBay fees and shipping costs. Not a lot of Celica enthusists know about these and/or where to get them, so I'm just trying to spreed the knowledge of them and give people an easy place to buy them. Before I put them up there, they were really hard to find from my experience, I just wanted to give people an easy reference for 6th gen celica parts. If you think that I should stop all these auctions and never sell anything on eBay again, tell me and I will!! I DON'T WANT TO AFEND ANYONE!!! AND I DON'T WANT TO MAKE ENEMYS!! Again I'm extremely sorry and I hope you all can accept my appology. About the group buy on the hood, I just thought it would be a great thing to get people from around the country to get together and participate in this, and of course get one of the sweetest looking hoods! I wanted to give people another option to get the GT-4 hood w/o ordering the entire conversion. If you would like me to give up on this as well let me know and I will eMail everyone back and tell them that this group buy is off. 94silverst.......as you may already know, there is a group buy in the process of being developed. all we need is a company to pick it up. if you are really sincere in trying to get a gt-four hood for yourself and are just trying to help a few 6gen's out then why don't you post the company's name and info. i saw it was bodykits etc. but how did you get them to take it? we here have a list of about 40, but are having a hard time trying to get a company to produce/distribute this hood. if your contact is willing to go for 11 or so, don't you think it will benefit everyone on this site including yourself if you hand over the reins to someone on this site with an honest rep? doesn't it seem like they will be even more eager to sell to 40 plus, buyers instead of 11? i'm still fairly new to this site, but someone like andason has a very good rep and pull on the site. i'm not trying to rag on you or stick my finger in your open wound. i know how everyone feels on this site about what happened, but if you're really serious about your apology, here's an opportunity to tie loose ends. like i said, i'm still fairy new here, but i know the guys on this site are reasonable, i've asked for help and received it. so what say you? how do you other 6gc'ers think? if this is a real c-one hood/replica, it might be worth it to bury the hatchet. post your comments.

oh yeah, i forgot to mention. we will have better leverage in controlling the price and shipping terms with a tremendous order, if this is all true of course. and 94 decides to give up the gun and lets someone else shoot.

Yo, if you guys want someone to give ya gt4 hoods, call toyotaworld.com They got them for like $550 and sure they will give a discount on 11. The dude can get them in a week and have them shipped to ya in a few days. Think his name was Jeff...can't remember

Thanks a lot for your help and your kindness, i know a lot of people on this site will never forgive me, but hey I did a stupid thing and I can't complain about if people like me or not! I just want you to know that I am a good guy, and I would love to make it up you all of you!! Reply back!! Be specific on what hood you all want, because if we go for the Gt-4 replica, we have to takle the question of what we are going to do about how the hood glides into the front bumper, we can have it wrap around, or just have it taken out completely! Either way, I just want this hood, and it would be great to get that many people on it, with that many people we may be able to get a discount. Hook me up with a feedback on what you want concerning the hood!

the hood everyone on this site is wanting is the gt-4 replica by c-one. it does not require the gt-4 bumper because it has already been modified by c-one to fit a regular celica. yes i would love to have a real gt-4 hood and bumper, and could go out and buy one if i really wanted to. but i have already commited myself to helping others on this site who may not be able to afford the real setup. that is why i'm doing what i can to get the c-one version. we gotta stick together guys, there isn't alot of us out there. i been sending out inquiries to different places, so bear with me.
