I got the picture this morning.
We still have to check it to make sure it's big enough but I'm sure it'll work.
So far I have received 5 pictures out of the necessary 13. Out of those, a couple won't work. I know there are other members with good photos waiting to be submitted, but we are definitely running short on time.
Update: Just so everyone is aware, we may be adding a brief paragraph to each picture with a overview of the car. It would be greatly appreciated if each picture submission could come with your description of your car, maybe what it means to you or how far you've come with it, etc.

I decided to get it started and I contacted Tigawoods and cheela for advice and input. Those two have really latched onto this project and are doing a phenomenal job of making this happen. All credit should absolutely go to them.
