This is for the S54 transmission!
>
> This is only useful for those with a 3rd or 4th Gen 3SGE motor. For those increasing their rpm ceiling and making power in the 7600-8000 rpm range with vvt-i enable cat cams and standalone ecu is perfect because the stock 4.176 ratio is too long when tuning the engine for the higher rev range......

MFactory is the Manufacture and sister company of syncrotech. Mfactory said we need 15 people in order to make this batch. Please share this with others at local track events because we need to hit our goal of 15 people.

I will be taking deposit of $475 from everyone before we place our order through PayPal. Mfactory told me we they would like the payment by 7/12/2018, but they could possible extend it for us.

Increase in torque from 4.176 - 4.9 is 18.11%

4.900 final drive in your s54 transmission will gain 27 ft lb torque + 152 = 179 ft lb tq

Prices as follows :

$575 shipped USA

$660 Shipped International

but straight cuts are harsher in shifting I believe. as well as not as long life as helical. I used to read up on all that a while ago. basically forgot all of it lol

the guys below in the comment section say it doesnt affect shifting. they say its cheaper to make as well and it any failure it wont affect any other parts inside transmission. rather than the typical helical gear design found in almost all mass produced transmissions.

So you tell that we need to all chose the helical style or the straight cut or we can buy each one what we want ?
Cause for me, a straight cut is okay like it's my track car, + with the exhaust, more or less sound at this point, i dont care anymore smile.gif
Might be interested aswell.
The problem is i don't have my Transmission completely disassembled yet so taking measurements so i can get quote from USA companies isn't possible.

Im waiting on Ash to give me measurements within the next 10-12 days

What kind of measurements do you need? I have an output shaft and diff with ring laying around in the garage. I have limited tools if you need super-precise measurements - only have standard calipers and 1" micrometer.
stay tuned... more info coming soon

yea....

on a side note. C and S Series Transmission share the same differential. so the ring size must be the same. mfactory offers 4.785, 4.92 and 5.15 ratios for the AE92 C52 transmission.

I have seen two exact same helical LSD's side by side, one with a C series ring and the other with an S series ring, while they fit on the same diff centre the offsets were different. The LSD with the S series ring sat approximately 5 mm higher than the C series.
