My car turned on fine this morning and drives smoothly went to work and on my way back
when I got to a traffic light car started and died
Dropping rpm out of no where a choking sound
I started trying to turn the car on it would turn on and struggle to stay on and die again
After 30 mins I tried turning on again and black smoke came out the throttle body.
I'm not touching it any more what could it be /: help

Sounds like the EGR could be stuck open.

Figured it out guys
It was the distributor that went out .
Bout to change it out Friday they wanted to charge me 600$ for parts and labor
