Is it solenoid E or 3.

Either way my transmission takes a second to shift over into the over drive a bit and the check engine light comes on and off

and the shifting changes from time to time, Granted I do need to change the transmission fluid as it is a brownish tint now.

I wonder if flushing to change the transmission would help the solenoids out and help eliminate my error problem?
Alas if I do have to replace the solenoid could anyone show me what they look like for these cars and for the specific code fix on this code?
