Yes there is an extra bulb that functions like a DRL.

The cutoff modification is done to the projectors, not the early lights. These will require swapping lenses over from USDM lights, still not terribly difficult.

I have NEVER heard of anyone swapping lenses from non projector housings. Not being dramatic. Just pointing out the obvious. And the only reason why people buy jdm and perform cutoff mods is because US market didn't get the projector option.

I was referring to swapping USDM lenses onto the non-projector JDM housings to get the lighting correct. I’m neutral in this, just clarifying my last post.
