My car now has 208,000 miles on it and has yet to be rebuilt. What benefits does a rebuild offer and when should you really do one?

what are the measurements for the ghost emblem on the front bumper from the LE? I found some different black pearl reflective tri-oval emblems, but idk if they will fit

hey i just put a header on my car and gutted the caty.. sounds wicked and u can feel the power difference, but now its running incredibly lean... what can i do to get it to run a little richer?

mine has the 7AFE and my cousin topped it out at 120 mph when it was bone stock.... ive put a cold air intake on it and magnaflow exhaust, but havent pushed much more than that either
