okay since this is my only mode of transportation im really in a hurry here. my car won't start....it just wont turn over...the batteries not dead...soooo...starter? spark plugs? anyone got suggestion...

The relay that is behind the right kick panel, it's black, it has 10 amp fuse is that the clutch release relay? If it isn't where is it? Also do I NEED it for my auto to manual swap?
