I'd like to know what's the recommended oil for my 7A-FE because I'm getting ready to change it for the first time since I got the car a couple months ago. Also, is it safe to mix oil?

I've got an ST and as you know, the rear brakes are drums. I want to swap them out for discs and I'm going to go junkyard hopping soon and I know the GTs have discs, so what would I have to pull from ...
