Hi Guys..I plan to order tein S-tech spring for my ST204 hatchback. But have no idea for the partnumber and K-rate to fit my stock strut (with 19" rims). preferred soft spring rate. Anyone please help...

Hi Guys..Anyone please advise...Can I push 19" 8.0 with 225/35 19" front and back under the stock-strut? Do I need to replace with ride heigh-adjustable?
