so i picked up sum free rims and tires today, theyre 215/35/r18s.... will these fit my celi? thats really all i wanted to know... idk how these tire shanangans work

Putting in my new ebrake cable I managed to snap every bolt on the heat shield and another on part the holds the cable in place, and I have no room or toools to fix it... anyone local got a lift/ tap ...
