well actually Will you can drive your car, but its just going to drive like crap. when i turbo'ed my corolla for the first time i ran it untuned for about a week untill i got my safc, and it ran but ran like crap, also its gunna get poor gas mileage.

Well the exaust place is doing from dp all the way back 2.5" catless for $225.
I'm going to MAP today to schedule some dyno time.
The exhaust place is like 30 minutes away and how ever far Plymouth is from Fridley. I think its a decent amount of driving.

Update: Hopefully gettin my white ADRs this weekend.....18in though......hrmmmm....btw he was a former member....found him on advance search.....now for intake, exhaust, whatever I can get before the meet....how's that for another stock 6gc showing to the meet...making progress!
Forget the intake and header man. Save the money. No point in wasting money on engine mods, when you can save it for the big bang. If you want to spend a little here and there keep on the track your on and spend it on exterior mods. You can easily get jdm tails for the price of the header and intake. just my 2 cents.

Hey, Rick, I didn't. I spent the day after class putting in my injectors, finishing my charge piping, and wiring up the neo. Will go tomorrow after class. And then hopefully stop at MAP if I have time. If MAS has the fitting, my car will be offically running for the first time in weeks.

I saw a nice black hatch on western and university yesterday at 5:30ish pm. I didn't get a good look, but looks kitted, and maybe some rims.
How come I never see any of you guys here on the roads? Actually I saw Ger in BP, but thats about it. I'm pretty stoked about the meet though. Hope you guys don't bail out on it.

i'm here around the st. paul area. but my car has been down for a long time it was out and runnin for like a month last summer until my turbine from my turbo took a crap on me and blew my piston. so i have everything back together and just saving some money to go to the dyno.
Hey Rick, so how much do you actually think I'll need to get dyno'd at MAP. Is it just going to be like an hour tune for 75? Or just I save for more time? O btw I went to MAS no dice. Guy said I was the first ever to go and ask for metric fittings lol... SNOW IS GAY!!!!!! I was freezing my nuts off all night doing the damn oil pan. I put the kirkosaurus mounts in but now cant get the rear mount into the cross member. I guess I'm just going to jack my motor up and see what happens tomorrow. I guess I'm waiting for that stupid drain back bung from toyota. Its going to take them a week to get, but I pad overnight delivery. So I should be up and running by Tuesday and tuned by next Sat. Wish me luck.

hey guys put me on the maybe right now. i'm not positive that im coming to the meet anymore. i'm doing a rebuild on the car so it might be next time unless i can finish in time. so i'll let you guys know.
WHy are you rebuilding the corolla? Putting the 2jz goodies in? Are you doing this at your uncles shop? O btw your uncle was telling me about the huge brake set-up he had on a celica. Is it the all-trac he had? Are they the 2 piston calipers people were talking about the alltrac had? Let me know, because I told him I would buy them in a heart beat.

oh, well actually i'm replacing all the seals, and then i'm going to replace the bearings, (i hope) but it kinda feels as if my clutch is slipping to so i might be getting the stage 4 kit for the car. but umm...i don't know about the big brake system he has be i'm pretty sure he has them b/c my cousin had an alltrac that he got into a slight accident with but ended up parting the car out and i think my uncle now has them.

Oh, metric fitting for the oil drain back on the oil pan. Because 1" is too big and 3/4 is too small to fit into that threading on the oil pan. And to think I was going to fire it up by friday. I guess I gotta wait until tuesday since thats when the part I ordered will get here. btw, I'm having huge issues with the motor mount inserts. I'll figure it out though. I just have a really bad cold since I've been working on my car in a non heated garage for the past week or so.
