ok guys n gals,

i really need yoru advice...months ago, i was sellin tons of stuff as some of u might kno....wells, i sold my ground control coilovers to clipsetuner (dustin), and seeing he promised to send me payment and he said he did...i had no reason not to mail the coilovers to him early b4 i recieved payment....so i sent it and it got to him on time...so now what im left with is waiting on his money order...which never came!!!!....so ive sent emails to him n he replied that he'll send the $70 which he have on his hand that time...(the coilovers sold for $160 shipped with camber bolts n washers BTW).....and im like jus send teh payment when u have it all in total.....so i jus waited on his replies and weeks after weeks im not gettin a single reply..and he even have teh nerve to go back on 6gc.net n start sellin some stuff.....this really makes me mad......im not into getin the $160 but a promise is apormise.. he promised to send out payment, which he claims he did.......i've looked everywhere n every way possible that the mail could've gone to me..but to no conclusion.......im jus lookin for some advice as to how im goin to get my money for the goods ive sent him....coomer imed him via AIM and he said he'll sen dpayment..but thats months ago...so i wanna kno what could/should i do?......

First things first. This goes to all sellers out there.

DONT SEND YOUR MERCHANISE OUT BEFORE YOU RECEIVE PAYMENT!!!

yeah that $70 he said he had is probably mine. I sent him a money order and he was supposed to send me engine mounts for my swap. I told him I got the mounts from someone else and he could either send me the money back or send me the mounts anyway. when I finally got a response he said he would send the money back once he got paid at the end of that week (Manny had to threaten to ban him to get any response at all) this was about 4-5 months ago and I have not gotten a response from him since.

See link - hes not reputable at all - always has excuses. Ive said this before and ill say it again. Coomer and I once went down there to get tires from him and so coomer drove 5 hours to his area and he didnt pick up his phone and we called like 20 times. Then the next day he said he fell asleep or something. YOU DONT FALL ASLEEP WHEN SOMEONE IS DRIVING 5 HOURS TO GET TIRES FROM YOU!

dew, unfortunatly, it looks like your not the only one, along with steff.
i tried to contact him for steff, to get her $$ back to no avail.
if you dont mind, id like to move this over into website disscusion, and change the thread title to his screenname, so we can put out any more people that may have had dealings with him.
IMO its people like that that ruin the buying/selling section for everyone, and should be dealt with accordingly.

why dont you just ban him from the site and file a police report?

i've sent him numerous e-mails about the teins springs i bought from him before... he wouldn't reply to any of his PMs and e-mails.. and still made more threads about selling more stuff.
in the end, i finally got my springs but it was way over a month after he received payment.
he should be banned from making any threads or posts in the buy/sell forum at least.. just my opinion.

I have tried e-mail, PM, AIM, even myspace message...nothing

he doesn't respond and when I IM him he just signs off. I gave him the option of sending me the parts or the money. I understand if he needs the money, so just send me the parts I bought. it has been well over 3 months since I paid him.

yeah i was gonna buy a few things from him but i guess im glad i didn't buy. ill never ever see it. ill find the thread.

I just read the post and link to the other post. I think maybe administration should consider banning after passing a certain negative feedback. If a doctor causes malpractice then their license is removed, if a restaurant serves contaminated food then they get shut down. Just start banning people to avoid more negative transactions because feedback alone won't help some people, there will always be someone liable to wanting a promising sales opportunity, JIMO.

edit: I just noticed he has one rep point for 100%, why don't people start using the feedback system to report his dealings? I understand it's for completed transactions but you should still add it on so once people don't see that "100%" rating, they'll check their rep and see any shady happenings. Also this comment now defeats my above suggestion since I was under the impression he had negative feedback.

it's f*ckers like this that makes buyers/sellers feel unsecure. we need to find out where he lives and get someone there and get back wat's rightfully theirs

As much as that's what generally we'd all (or most) would love to resort to, we're not in high school anymore (again most). I been into too many situations where if I would of done hit someone, I'd be in jail while they are sitting on their ass enjoying themselfs. All we can do is hope that he decides to continue being in favor with the community in terms of buying/sellings items and starts to make attempts to repair his reputation.

Don't suggest anything to others, I am sure many will be eager to help make use of such information but if anything did go down, the person who commits the act and you will go down for giving them his personal information. Also, these posts about threats and harms don't help the ones affected by negative sales to get any resolution; you guys are making things a lot worse by trying to get in the good graces of the victims. If I got threatened, I'd either confront personally who’s threatening me (people have lost their lives for way less) or get pissed and give you more reason to threat me, and I'm sure more others would feel similar so lets not keep on this route. Let people take the proper actions to get their situations resolved and if you want to help, give non-violent suggestions other than meeting people at the jungle jims at 3pm for their lunch money...

Oh, I understood what you mean, just whethers others would understand, I already read the other post about him and if you read it also, it was nothing but fk him up and etc, others might understand it right along the lines of the other posts, just be abit more specific as to the means.

edit: Also even then, because of other posters with threats of violence, if anyone shows up and this guy really wants to go to the extreme, he can call the police and report trespassers with intent to harass and harm even though it's bs. We just have to wait for this to be resolved by the books eventually so no one gets into any more unnecessary situations. Don't consider showing up if he doesn't agree, reason why these kinds of transactions are so fustrating to go through is that you have very few options to resolve the matters at hand.

I hope this can get resolved, he is very shady and will indeed be banned if this stuff is not worked out.

I sent him 65$ last spring for one of his big sale threads for a set of GT front calipers.. they never came and he only replied to my emails once stating that he would have them sent by friday and id get a 20 dollar refund... that was about 4 months ago.. i gave up on it once i had to ship out to the academy
